Darrell Andre DeLoatch is Founder and CEO of two companies, Darrell Andre DeLoatch Enterprises Limited Liability Company (LLC), a Real Estate Development and Investment Firm; and FHM LLC, an Acquisition and Advisory Services Company. The former is a company for acquiring, managing, and optimizing Commercial and Residential properties both in the U.S. and internationally to generate substantial investment returns. The latter specializes in providing Acquisition (Procurement) and Contract Consultant services to both large and small Businesses who desire to conduct Business with Government Agencies.
He has over 30 years Government and Corporate career, to include 26 years faithfully serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, negotiating, and awarding multi-billion and multi-million-dollar contracts in the U.S., as well as countries such as Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, United Kingdom, and South Korea to name a few. He was personally responsible for a Business Portfolio of $4 Billion in major Defense contracts and has received numerous awards throughout his career and holds the highest Government Contracting Certification: Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Acquisition Level III.
As a committed member of the Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA), he serves faithfully as a member of several Councils: 2025 Vice Chairman Commercial Council, Global Operations Committee, Military Advisory Committee and Grievance Committee. He also serves as an ORRA Director Representative to Florida Realtors® Association. As a Commercial and Residential Realtor® his goal is to provide for development of affordable Mixed-use, Mixed-Income, Multi-Family Housing, and other types of commercial properties. He is an advocate of building generational wealth through Real Estate. He holds several designations to include Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) awarded to Realtors® who have undergone specialized training focused on conducting business in the international real estate arena; Military Relocation Professional; and ORRA’s Gold Key Professionalism Award. He has also developed a Global Real Estate Business with Partnership Agreements with Real Estate professionals in Dubai, France, Greece, Portugal, and Cyprus.
