Timothy “Tim” Bogeajis, is a native Floridian and licensed Real Estate Broker as well as a Certified International Property Specialist. Tim is passionate about deals in real estate acquisition and development not because it is a viable and lucrative business sector for decade after decade but for creating a win-win scenario for land owners and developers alike. What motivates Tim is assembling a deal that all sides gain and the process of real estate development continues moving forward to the next phases of development.
With the growth of Florida since the mid-1980’s to 2021 has been nothing short of amazing with an increase of population from 11 million to almost 22 million. Tim has immersed himself and participated in Florida real estate trends and growth for that period of time with great success. Tim’s strengths include relationship building with land owners as well as contract negotiations to obtain a solid land contract with favorable terms for continued development.

Tim's passion with regards to ground acquisitions, entitlements, feasibility studies for residential and commercial development and land management stems from his belief in fulfilling the needs of land owners and assembling a development team to advance a vacant parcel. Tim is driven to maximize the project's highest and best use and negotiate the acquisition as well as dealing with the complexities of the entitlements.

Include lot selection, permitting, contract negotiations, and construction management. This also includes successful zoning approvals for various type projects including commercial, multi-family and single-family home developments. Other areas of expertise are site selection, feasibility studies and the permitting process.
Real Estate Sales
Tim has vast experience in residential sales including single family home subdivisions, multi-family apartments and townhomes. Tim conducted international overseas property sales shows and assisted clients in other countries to invest in properties and investment ventures that he developed and offered for sale in Florida. Tim also had many successes in the commercial real estate market including retail, educational, timeshare, and hotel site development, sale and disposition. Tim's decades of experience of real estate trends, values and directions in both short and long term, has served his clients well and adding substantial value to the projects he is a part of is his primary goal.
